[1] Darren Millar: Good morning, everyone, and welcome to today’s meeting of the Public Accounts Committee. I remind everyone that there are translation facilities available for those who wish to speak Welsh, and the headsets can also be used for amplification. Will you make sure that your mobile phones, BlackBerrys and pagers are switched off, as these can interfere with the broadcasting and other equipment? In the event of an emergency, we should follow the instructions of the ushers. We do not have any apologies, and I expect Jenny to join us soon.

[2] Darren Millar: You will see that there are papers to note, including correspondence backwards and forwards with the Wales Audit Office, clarifying the scope of the investigation into the All Wales Ethnic Minority Association. That brings us up-to-speed with that investigation as far as the Wales Audit Office is concerned. Members will note that, given the range of work that still needs to be done, the investigation is likely to report in the autumn term.
